1. You need to Recharge with Blackberry Plan BBM as per you circle some of the plans are like 95 [In UP west] , 97 etc check bsnl portal for more info.

2. After Got sucessfull activation use apn : BLACKBERRY.NET to connect with.

3. Last Step to do is Open PD Proxy or any supported Vpn Tool which supports ICPM Protocols and connnect .

4. All Done , Enjoy Free Internet
